Overview
Here are some additional resources & information that you might find helpful.
BNA is a participating provider with many insurance carriers in the area, and we are happy to assist you in determining whether we are a participating provider for your insurance plan in particular. It would be helpful, however, if you came to your first appointment knowledgeable about whether you have out-of-network benefits (if BNA is not a participating provider in your plan), whether your plan requires a referral prior to receiving our services, and whether our services or hearing devices are even covered through your plan in the first place. But again, we’re happy to help. So if you’re unsure about any of that, please bring your member benefits handbook with you to your appointment.
If you have other questions about insurance at any point in the process (even if you’re not yet a patient), please call us. We never want negative assumptions about insurance to prevent you from taking steps toward hearing the most important sounds of your life, so if insurance uncertainty is causing hesitation, we’re happy to answer your questions and give you clarity one way or the other.
Financing options are available upon request.
BNA is deeply committed to preserving our patients’ privacy, and we strive to protect the confidentiality of your audiological and medical information kept at the office. For a more detailed look at our privacy policy, please click the button below.
